I once made a clement...These are beautiful, Nicole! I once made a clementine almond lime marmalade that I thought was going to be completely wacky, and I was surprised by how good it was. (I think it's the only time I've ever actually put nuts in a marmalade. I used slivered, blanched almonds.)
