Many cultures serve different types of curry. The curry you are referring to is very popular in U.S. Thai restaurants. I lean more towards Indian curries, which more often contain yogurt rather than coconut milk in my experience.Nicole Pearcehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03777028410857045419noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-326112551659962413.post-10045319039329718412010-05-13T00:41:16.513-07:002010-05-13T00:41:16.513-07:00Yummy..the curry looks delicious.

It wasn't until I made it with a friend at her house that I became brave enough to try it on my own. Honestly, if you get a good Indian cookbook it is pretty simple just to follow the directions. I find curries to be pretty forgiving and rarely even measure my spices anymore. Start with one of the Maddhur Jaffery books as they are simple clear instructions and lots of photos.Nicole Pearcehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03777028410857045419noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-326112551659962413.post-26514786413424747902010-05-12T15:24:48.279-07:002010-05-12T15:24:48.279-07:00This sounds so good!
