THIS LOOKS AWESOME! We have a once monthly farmer's market in our town and last Saturday I bought a little jar of rose jelly from this cute old lady. I think the best part about it is the delicate flavor, not exactly like you're eating a flower, but its defiantly not a fruit jelly. I bet it would be good on scones. -Siri
I like this section you have on roses. I'd like to see some posts on high bush cranberries and more on the hip portion of the rose. What about raspberries? Wines and sryups? Just looking for more ways to preserve our local bounty in August and I do love your photography.
